Trends shift quickly. One season you’re in, the next\u2026 you’re not. Fashion manufacturers are geared to move at that pace. This creates alot of planning and risk mitegation when it comes to patterns and colors. unique materials often have large mimimum order quantities and when a style goes out of fashion that is left over material to write off on someones books. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Design Precision is Demanding<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

From curved seams to decorative stitching, fashion bags demand extra precision and skill. Most of our heavy duty sewing machines are built for strength, not style. Stitching on a trauma kit? We\u2019ve got that. Stitching delicate piping on a pastel clutch? We don’t do that everyday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Pattern Matching Can Derail a Launch<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Matching printed fabrics across seams isn\u2019t just artistic\u2014it\u2019s technical. One mismatch and the product may be unsellable. Case in point? LuLaRoe\u2019s infamous bee-legging mistake. A tiny misalignment can create an unforgettable (and unintentional) visual. Not familiar with the LuLaRoe bee legging, well there are a few pairs of leggings around the internet that make it look like a Bumble bee is going to into the crotch, it was not a good look for them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
